I’m Brazilian, I have been in the fitness environment for over 20 years.

I started competing in bodybuilding because I love commitment, discipline and resilience!

As someone who specialises in training and nutrition, I firmly believe that these two elements are crucial for attaining your highest potential and being the best version of yourself.

When I started becoming vegan, it was challenging but it changed the game for me. At first, I was unsure about vegan nutrition because of misconceptions; however once I embraced the fact that plant-based diets are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibre as well as providing all the protein my body needs for performance increases – suddenly my health took off!

To be vegan is not about eating clean and healthy food only, veganism can have a positive impact on the environment while reducing animal cruelty. It also offers numerous health benefits, including a reduced risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. This is the legacy I want to leave here and show everyone how much we all can do and be strong together.


My name is Jani, I’m living on the Gold Coast in Australia but I’m originally from Germany. Fitness has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. But it wasn’t until 2015 when I decided to pursue my passion by studying personal training followed by obtaining my diploma in fitness with a focus on plant based nutrition. Around this time, everything changed: my training, my nutrition, my health, my whole lifestyle. I had been vegetarian for some time before completely turning vegan about 7 years ago. It took some time for me to learn how to get my macros right, ensuring adequate protein intake while limiting fat and processed food consumption.

But with some practice, I successfully implemented a healthy diet into my daily lifestyle and have never looked back (and better!). I am super passionate about sharing my knowledge with others – showing the world that growing muscle, hitting your protein goals and maintaining strong and healthy as a vegan is easier than you’d think, and no animal needs to be harmed.
