About Us

We are coaching vegans and those looking to transition to a plant-based diet to reach their fitness goaIs. Whether it’s to gain muscle mass, lose weight, compete in bodybuilding, get ready for a photoshoot or promote overall health and wellbeing, we are here to help. We want to prove that it’s possible for anyone on a vegan lifestyle to do these things without sacrificing nutrition – no more myths about “not enough protein” or “vegan athletes don’t perform as well”! Our mission is not only to help clients become the healthiest version of themselves, but also go through that big lifestyle change together as a team!

We understand that everyone is different, so we strive to provide our clients with 100% customised plans, tailored precisely to their needs.

We don’t just give out generic plans – we work with each individual client to identify what works best for them, combining their existing preferences with our own specialist advice and recommendations to create the most effective plans possible. To ensure successful results, it is important that clients are honest with us from start to finish about anything they feel like we need to know.

Our primary focus is always health, only by making sure our bodies are running optimally, we can reach our fitness goals.

CUSTOM WORKOUT PROGRAMS

Workout programs will be created in blocks of 6 weeks at a time. Depending on each individuals goal, 4-6 exercise days per week may be created. For those who have never trained before or lack confidence in performing an exercise correctly, demonstration videos can be provided via WhatsApp on request.

CUSTOM FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS

Rather than putting our clients on restrictive caloric diets, we prefer to build up their metabolism first in order to foster long-term success.  No extreme diet measures are taken to achieve your goals. With this in mind, all meal plans are updated every 6 weeks or according to clients needs. As an additional service, pictures of implemented products will be sent directly via WhatsApp if requested.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUPPORT

We will be here every day to support you 100% through your journey. You can be in touch with us whenever needed and ask as many questions as you like! Message us on WhatsApp or schedule a weekly accountability call with either Jani or Mateus.

Check-ins will take place weekly-filled questionnaires and body photo updates must be sent to us for further decisions regarding necessary changes moving forwards. These check-ins will include progress updates, goal setting, and accountability. By staying connected with your coach on a regular basis, you will stay motivated and committed to achieving your fitness results.

EDUCATION

We not only aim to instruct, but also to educate you on the underlying reasons behind our recommendations. We demonstrate exercises via video to improve your training effectiveness and safety. We explain the benefits and differences of chosen exercises/workouts and their effect on specific areas. We provide nutrition guidance to help you make healthy choices that align with your fitness goals. We offer corrective techniques (based on your training videos) to improve your posture, alignment, and flexibility and reduce injury risk while enhancing your athletic performance.

That depends on your individual goals, but in general, you can expect to start seeing results within a few weeks. Our program is designed to help you make progress over time, so the more consistent and dedicated effort you put into it, the better your results will be!

Absolutely! Eating out doesn’t have to be difficult when following a vegan diet. If there aren’t any vegan dishes available, you can ask the chef to make a simple dish such as pasta with marinara sauce or steamed vegetables. Just remember to double-check that your food is 100% animal product free before ordering!

Our programs provide daily access to experienced trainers who are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. We offer tailored plans that suit your individual needs, and 100% support throughout the process. All of this is designed to help you achieve long-term success with your fitness goals! By offering daily support if needed, you won't have to wait days to be in touch with us.

Cravings are normal, especially when making a major dietary change. You can try to satisfy your cravings with vegan substitutes that have similar textures and flavours as the non-vegan foods you miss. Thankfully, most of the common cravings we experience are already vegan. Even if they aren’t vegan, it’s so easy to alter them! When it comes to variety and the availability of vegan alternatives, we are spoiled for choice.

Making the transition to a vegan diet can be an exciting journey! We recommend gradually transitioning your eating habits and focus on replacing meal by meal. Replacing animal products with healthier alternatives is key, such as substituting dairy for dairy free options, meat for high plant-based protein options such as seitan, tofu, textured plant protein etc…

Plan your meals in advance to make your days easier. Remember to be patient with
yourself and celebrate small success.

Absolutely! Plant-based diets can provide all the nutrients necessary for building muscle mass, including protein and healthy fats. Plant proteins such as tofu, tempeh and textured vegetable protein are excellent sources of muscle-building nutrition. Adding in nutrient-rich sources of healthy fats from nuts, seeds and avocados can also help to support your body’s needs when trying to increase muscle growth. Fortunately, the plant kingdom is full of protein-rich foods and with the right choices you will be able to build muscle, whether you choose to eat animal products or not.
